Our Team

Mark Culley
Managing Director

Mark has been at the helm of our business for more than 30 years. He is very proud of the close relationships with growers and packers, some of which have been with the business for the full three decades.

Chris Walker
Head of Finance

Chris joined on a 3-month temporary contract at the end of 2007, and is still here! He enjoys the dynamic nature of the fresh produce industry, and is dedicated to managing the financial needs of TOFCo, including the interface with our customers and suppliers. He champions strong systems and robust processes and always demonstrates an endearing sense of humour!

Bruce McGlashan
Head of Technical & Sustainability

Bruce has worked in the Produce Industry for over 20 years, handling a wide range of fruits and salads. Since joining in 2017, he has enjoyed the wide variety of day-to-day challenges and states there is rarely a dull moment.

Dave Morgan
Head of it

Dave develops and leads the implementation of the technical strategy, driving data-driven decision making and improving ways of working across the business by empowering our colleagues to use technology in new ways.

Kay Jhala-Turner
HR Manager

KKay has recently joined TOFCo whilst gaining her CIPD qualifications and ILM in Coaching & Mentoring. Kay has 18 years of Executive Assistant and HR experience. Kay intrinsically leverages HR practice to align people to corporate strategy . She has a special interest in recruitment and utilising HR platforms to streamline process’. In her spare time, Kay enjoys baking and walking her pup.
